At first the apartment complex is appealing...cheaper than most and day activity seems nice. At night the whole place changes, there's drug activity. Within 3 months of living there, there were helicopter cops circling the apartment complex multiple times, police on the complex, and even a shooting. Parking lot if unsafe at night, not well lighted, packed and I always ended up parking far from my apartment. At 3 am people are loud in the parking lot drinking, etc. Office staff will be nice as ur signing the lease, but once you're locked in they could care less. They're rude and have attitudes. The gate never works, along with the gate keys. Don't live here. It's unsafe, and in a bad area.
