These apartments are pretty nice as a whole. Sometimes its hard to find a parking place right by your aparmtent but the lights are good so it isnt a problem. Ac ouple months ago they drained the pools, one at a time thankfully, and re did the inside and outside. Although it was a pain now they look great. The apartments are pretty good on the sound factor, my neighbor likes to play music and when both doors are open i think omg but when they are closed i cant even hear it. The office people are pretty nice, they always ask how i am or how it's going when i see them but sometimes they might be overly nice. The maintenance is pretty good overall, they usually come quickly but sometimes have to order parts. The landscape and look of the place is awesome and clean and is better than the last place i lived. I havent really had any problems here and would recommend it to friends, it has been really nice for the price im paying and the location to school and stores.
