There's lots to be said for this place. I am a grad student at the UofA and the location is perfect for me. Many of the best things about it are not immediately apparent. It's unbelievably energy efficient. Even in the worst summers, my electricity bill is under $100 for a 900 sq. ft apt., and I like it cold. Great floor plan, bus access, lots of extra storage space on patio, Location is also great I can get to any place in town in about 15 minutes. I've been here for 4 years and ! will renew again.
