After living in this apartment for one full year, I have learned that you can't judge an apartment by its looks. From the outside Summerlin Villas looks like one of the nicest apartment complexes in Tucson. Once you sign their contracts, its all downhill. The management, when they are not arrogant, they have competence of three year olds. You have to ask at least three times in order to get anything done. Also it is poorly built as the carpets, which are dirty when you move in, fall apart just under normal wear. On top of it all, they profit from phony move out charges. After spending over half the day cleaning the apartment, Summerlin has the audacity to still take half my deposit.
