Just know what you can live with From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Nasty ... they treat everyone like the 20% of the tenants that cause problems instead of the 80% who are great tenants and simply want a place to call home (temps were the most pleasant to work with). Maintenance is sliding. Carpet of low quality (even though they swear it's expensive) with minimal padding which means it's louder than it has to be. Quiet spa people are kicked out w/ attitude at closing time. Old couches in porches visible from road looking trashy. Lovely club house which is NOT for rent ... come on aren't we adults ... charge a cleaning/security deposit and let fun be had. Popular with college aged adults so the pool can get loud on weekends. Parking is a lot of trouble ... to many vehicles ... curbs that should be red aren't and covered spaces go empty because they aren't convient to some apartments. I really liked the tiled kitchen.
