Unfair and Rude Management From: caronm@cox.net Date posted: 6/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   When I initally moved into this complex, I was reasonably happy. The apartment was a nice size, in a good location. However, the carpet and vinyl flooring were extremely cheap - both looked old and stained after only a month or normal wear. After a few months of living at Summerlin, the environment changed dramatically. Many groups of loud college students moved into my section of the complex. Parking became very scarce, and I kept finding beer bottles all over the parking lot. When I moved out, management was very uncooperative. They would not coordinate a walk-through of the apartment with me at any reasonable times, so I finally had to concede having a walkthrough. Then, they turned around and charged me a lot of money for cleaning, including for their carpet and vinyl! I would definitely not reccommend living in the complex. Look for an aprtment with a more supportive and fair staff.
