elegance does not always equal greatness From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived in these apartments two years ago. I have to say I loved living there. I loved the area and my neighbors were all really quiet. The problem was they were all older folks so any loud noise maid in my apartment was cause for complain to them, needless to say my roomate and i were not very loud. My experience living here is that it is great as long as you do not have to deal with management. They blame you for something you did not do and then raise the rent every time you renew your lease. I have to say that these people work solely on popularity. The more people they have on their waiting list the less they care about keeping you there because they know that your apartment will be easily rented out. Yes, I loved living here for the most part, but no I would not do it again
