Absolutely wonderful! From: horbert1 Date posted: 10/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. My husband, 11 month old daughter and I moved here in April of 06 and have felt like we are living in paradise. The management has been so helpful and very quick to respond (our AC filter plugged and they were out that day to fix it). It is quiet, very well kept up, and someplace we are in no hurry to move out of. I highly recommend Summerlin Villas!
