Sun River Apartments

Highly recommended From: donfox Date posted: 3/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I spent three years here and greatly enjoyed it. The location is convenient to shopping and dining, with a grocery store just across the street and the major shopping mall and satellite stores just 1.5 miles away. There is also quick access to the main thoroughfares of Interstate 10 and Oracle Road. The management was always pleasant to deal with and other tenants never caused me any grief. The only real noise came from the girl above me who had a bicycle, and I heard the loud thumping when she took it up or down the stairs, but that was only a couple of times a day and only lasted for a minute. There are THREE swimming pools available, so whichever apartment you choose, there will be one nearby. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and correctly, and I had no pest control problems. Parking can sometimes become crowded, so you might need to walk a little farther to get to your car than you would prefer.
