Sundown Village

Just not true From: rickM4901 Date posted: 6/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I read the prvious review about Sundown Village with great interest. It complained about unauthorized access to the apartment, and other various misdeeds. I used to live at Sundown Village, in fact, I managed the community for over a year. The current manager, Carmen, was my assistant for over two years at various properties. Since this site does not attempt to verify the information that is posted, I will step up on her behalf. Carmen is intensely honest, and has demonstrated that over her years of experience in the industry. She applies tremendous effort in the oversight of her staff, and has extremely high standards for their performance. During the time that she served as my assistant manager she was designated at the Assistant Manager of the year by the Arizona MultiHousing Association - for the entire State of Arizona! She deserves more credit for her considerable efforts on behalf of her residents and not to get slammed by someone for something that is not likely to be accurate. I would be interested to discover what the real story is on this one!
