I lived at sundown village appartments for 4 years and just recently moved out due the purchase of a house.
In the four years I lived there I cant think of one time I had to worry about the maintenance team taking anything from my house. In fact Jason has been there for the full 4 years I lived there and is the most honest maintenance person I have ever met. Its not like these other complexes that change mangers and employees every couple months they stick together real well and were exelent to deal with.
Carmen was the Ideal manager that didnt put up with rifraf or any crap she's very nice yet by the book Just as the management company wants her Im sure.
Anyone who says that Jason and his team would enter an appartment without permission and steal something needs to check there medication and or there dosage :)
If your thinking about moving into sundown village I would have to say go for it I loved all 4 years of it .
