Not all that great, but above average in some areas

The office staff are superior, the grounds are well maintained but other areas are sub-standard, especially the older buildings.
The first phase buildings did not meet national building and fire codes when they were built, and still don?t. There are no rear exits, no fire extinguishers on the second floor and the decks and stairs provide no fire protection in an emergency. There do not appear to be any fire-walls between the four-unit blocks.
The spa at the main pool is seldom working and is poorly maintained at best.
Overall this is a pleasant place to live, but not up to the standards expected by those moving here from other areas of the country.
