the facilities are somewhat improved. they removed the gym, and the pools are closed for most of the year.

Sundown Village is very much improved the office is so nice and the so call gym is gone the gym was a joke they only had two machines. We can now go to Golds Gym and work out for 3 hours a day. The pools are closed half the year because they are not heated. I really don't know what this person is complaining about. As far as the bookkeeping I've not had any problems I know what my rent is and that's what I pay each month. Try living somewhere else if your not happy. I love it here and wouldn't move for the world.
