Think twice before moving into Rundown Village

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Well first of all after being a tenant of around 18 months and finally terminating what seemed like years of bad service, lies and overpriced CHEAP apartments.
First during mild rainstorms the ceiling likes to deteriorate and fall in on you while your sleeping and is left this way for months (even after complaints). Next thing is that my "top-of-the-line" townhome/apt and 3 other tenants all had huge mold issues which were poorly taken care of. In mine they simply cut out the living room carpet leaving me to walk on bare concrete for 3 months until my lease was up and i moved out. Not only that but they had workers in there daily for a few weeks and they never compensated me for any of my inconveniences (nope no free or discounted rent, no relocation, no appology even)
Don't make the same mistake I did, there are plenty of nicer apartments and townhomes in the area.
**Note this review is the nicer things of what myself and 3 other tenants in the same area would have to say about the property
