nice apts and staff, not the best but good

Our apt is nice, nice little playground for the tots. grass and flowers are nice up front. landscaping should be like that all over the complex. Our ac has broken down twice, but they fixed it quickly. maintenance will forget about you unless you follow up the next day with managment. a few bad sidewalk spots, other than that pretty good.

The staff have ignored my work order requests for over 40 days, the manager is aways sitting outside the office smoking, she is poisoning us with her second hand smoke.
