this place was ok for the first 3 or 4 months, then the toilet broke and it took over a month to fix...glad we had a 2 bath model. the ceiling has water damage, there's holes in the pantry wall, all the lights in the appliances blew out and they're about 30 years old. rent gets jacked up every year for crappier living. carpets SUCK. so cheap they get so filthy and didn't come clean after steam cleaning. they fray and come apart. BIG mold/mildew problem in the master bath. can't get it to come clean, even w/bleach and harsh chemicals. people here drive like -------- and i've nearly been hit while getting outta my car. dog poop everywhere, not to mention stupid 'kids' playing around getting drunk and screaming at all hours of the night. car was gotten into, good thing we have an alarm. this place just plain old sucks. not worth what we've been paying. luxury apartments' yeah, if you're a roach.
