Have lived in better... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They are nicer, but I would NOT classify these apartments as "luxury". They are spacious and have a washer/dryer/dishwasher etc. but there was a lot that could have been better. The floors did not have a lot of padding, the paint jobs were sloppy, and the walls are EXTREMELY thin. There were times I could hear word for word what my neighbors were saying and it didn't help either having kids living above you. The staff have been kind of rude at times and are not as friendly as I have seen. I would say they are okay if someone needs a place short term, however, I would NOT recommend them on a long-term basis.
