The staff are not really pleasant to deal with at all. The apartments are okay, but not as luxury as they state they are. Their carpeting is very thin and many times I could feel the carpet tacks when walking around in bare feet.
Watch out for fees after you move out. They charge a $50 cleaning fee (no matter how clean you leave it) which is not explicitly clear in the lease, and on top of that, a $60 carpet cleaning fee. There was some dust on one of our shelves and we were charged for that. Just be weary of hidden fees that are not explicit in the lease.
