these appartment are unbeliveably noisy and staff very unfriendly!!! neighbors are rude and unfriendly cause they hate living there. managment lacks customer service skills and treat you like you are a annoyance. i signed a agreement that no one can come into my appartment unless ive been notivited but there maitance comes in without ring the door bell or knocking all the time. i was sleeping naked in my bed when maitance came in without knocking to fix a leaky sink that had been broken for over a month!!! i was terrified that someone i didnt know just let themselves in while i was alone!!! i had my fiancee later check the leak that was suposedly fixed and they didnt even fix it right. i dont want to let magament know because of how unfriendly they are and i dont want my rights to be violated again. im a former rape victum and im afraid for my safety here. i feel like i have no rights here. im taking legel action now to get out of my lease.
