My husband and I have lived at this complex for a year and a half and have been very pleased with the experience. We got great move-in specials and our rent did not increase when we renewed. The maintenance staff dealt promptly with the one problem we've had since we've lived here (our A/C broke). We had to break our lease early and the management was kind and made it very easy for us and even knocked off some of the charges that we had agreed to in our lease agreement. There are some riff-raff just like in any place one lives, but in general the atmosphere has had a safe and quiet feel.
