Sunquest Apartments

Sunquest is a some QUEST!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I lived here for two years. My first apartment was a one bedroom, which I lived in for a year. It was a fully furnished apartment; the walls were so thin that I could hear the song that my neighbor played on his radio. The air conditioner did not work and I called several times for repairs. First of all, they don't have central air; the air conditioners are similar to the ones in cheap motels. And are about 20 years old!! The water pressure is a joke, its pretty nonexistent. The office personnel changed on a monthly basis. After living there for a year I tried moving to another complex, SunQuest did not answer questions to finish my application. As a result I was forced to stay there an additional year. I moved into a studio apartment. BIG MISTAKE. The air conditioner didn't work at all. The carpet was old, stinky and an ugly brown color.
