Don't try to come here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I was a resident here. This apartment complex is having lot of problems. one is Utilites included, i am sure everybody will get attraction towards this even I did. But management wont properly regulate the Cooling system. So you dont get A/C if you desperately in need of that. That time you have to leave the windows open to sleep. During that time our neigbours will make lot of sexual noise. Think about the situation if you have children. This is the drawback of "Utilities Included" option. Please dont get attraction towards this. That will suck you. I dont recommend this apartment to family guys. Second one is Smoking guys- This apartment complex is fully occupied by lot of smokers. Positive thing is maintanance is good. Both managers were nice persons.
