Sunrise Ridge Apartments

 
The apartment offers free utility and has a great 2 bedroom floor plan which are why we are here.

However, the management turned on heaters on the 1-2nd week of December when the outside temperature was below 60. It took me a while to convince them that our kids need heater before they turned it on.

The hot water here is not really reliable. It was turned off at least 4-5 times (for the whole day each) in the last 6 months.

The apartment also comes with cockroaches. I saw a cockroach at least 7-8 times in the last 6 months. I should have been suspicious when they have the pest control company comes weekly.

The wall between apartments is also really thin. You can hear your neighbour having sex. Worst of all, when your neighbour has amnesia and decides to turn on their rock/heavy metal music at 3 am.

Please stay away and don't repeat my mistakes. I am glad that I only have 6 months contract. I cant wait to leave.
