The complex works on a boiler system. It is 30 degrees at night and we are all freezing because they have not turned the heat on. Apparently it takes them 2 weeks to turn it on, and they have to enter everyone's apartment to do it. We have no water on Thusdays and no hot water most of the time, which is worse with NO HEAT. Look somewhere else. There are newer apartment complexes out there that are designed better and more customer friendly.
