This place needs to be burned to the ground.. starting with the management office. The only thing nice about living here is being able to say you live in the Foothills.
They have two rude maintenance people for a 650 unit complex. I was getting my dishwasher replaced and as they were carrying it out, it snagged onto my brand new couch and ripped a 2 inch hole in the side. They denied doing it even though it happened in plain view of us. Of course management refused to have it repaired and called ME a liar.
Parking doesn't exist. I hope you like your exercise because if you get home after 7pm you'll be walking 1/2 a mile to get to your apartment.
My friend's car was broken into in the parking lot overnight. I called the office in the morning to tell them to put out a flyer warning people about the break-ins, they acted like I was retarded and never did anything.
When I moved in, my kitchen counters had cuts and stains and grunge all over from previous tenants. It was SUPPOSED to be taken care of before I moved in. The manager hired some bum who was not licensed, bonded or insured to come into my home to fix them. He said unless I signed a waiver saying that if he damaged any of my personal property then he wouldn't be held responsible. Of course I refused, so my counters remain disgusting.
The thing that pissed me off the most, was one night the power had gone off for several hours. I left and got back home around 1am and the power had been turned back on.. but my AC wasn't blowing. Of course it's 100 degrees in my apartment, so I call the emergency maintenance number. They page the rude maintenance guy that is on call, and he could not have been more of a prick to me. I explained that the only thing wrong was a blown fuse, and he blatenly said "FINE.. FINE.. YOU WANT ME TO COME FIX YOUR ------- AC AT 1:30 IN THE MORNING FINE" slammed the phone down, stormed into my apartment, knocked his ladder into my computer, did his whole 5 minutes of work, and slammed the door when he left.
There is tons more I could go on about, but honestly.. do NOT move here. The manager is an outright ----- who needs to be fired ASAP.

This complex seems to be a place where no one would want to live. It sounds like no one likes their job there and they do not care if they satisfiy their residence. I feel sorry for this person who had to put up with so much crap.

Are you kidding me??? It's more like 250 - 300.
I lived there for six months and they had their problems...but get your facts right. I can only imagine what else you exaggerated the crap out of!!!!
