I am a long time Tucson Apartment manager who lived at Sunrise Ridge for 5 years. Although I have been an apartment manager for over 20 years, I have never worked at Sunrise Ridge, or fro ther property management company. The Apartments are conveniently located to the Catalina Foothills High School, and I wanted to see my daughter graduate from that high school. I have read a few of the reviews and I find it unfortunate that you never seem to hear from the majority of people who have had a reasonable good experience. The vocal minority is often the only voice we hear. My downstairs neighbor lived in her apartment for about 20 years, and their were many other longterm residents. There were many positive reasons for their longevity at the property.

It was a reasonable nice place - not perfect. The people were decent - and I had no problems with my neighbors, the management or staff.

I suspect that many of the vituperative comments on this site say more about the complainer, than it does about the staff or the property. Unfortunately this site makes no attempt to verify the accuracy of the negative comments submitted to this page.

I strongly disagree. One thing homeboy doesn't take in account is the bias because he works for them. Might as well talk to a brick wall before talking to these jokers that work there.

I agree for the most part. A lot of people can be ridiculous with their complaints, but yet have no clue...they think they are being "reasonable". Haha. I will say most of the heat complaints are pretty accurate. All I gotta say is you get what you pay for. It's a cheap place in the foothills! After living there six months I'd probably give it a 2 or 2.5.
