What do you guys think about the whole staff' I had a lot of problems with the staff at my last apartment complex and I'm thinking about moving to Sunrise Ridge. A girl named Jordan gave me a tour and she seemed almost too nice...

When I lived there throughout 2006, the one staff person I could not tolerate was the manager. I believe her name was Linda? She talks to you as if you are a student in her boarding school. Her voice is very raspy and she says every sentence like shes asking a question. If she is still the manager then I definitely recommend looking somewhere else. The woman is one taco short of a combination plate if you know what I'm saying.

The staff is always helpful. Also, they call you to check on the maintenence to make sure that is was done and done correctly. I've never had a problem with the manager, she's always been very helpful also.

I have mixed feelings. I lived there for the first half of 2007. Like the first person, I was really put off by Linda. By the end I would just wait till someone else was available or just come back later to avoid her. There was a mix-up on our bill when we moved out, which is no big deal, it happens. But the worst part was that she was in charge and kept giving the other employees wrong info about the situation. We had at least two or three other times during the six months that the same thing happened too. It was weird...I still don't understand why she would tell them one thing one day and then tell them another the next. Other than that it was ok. The apartments are older and it shows...at least in ours it did. The tv in the workout room was broken almost the whole time I was there. Every time I asked about it they said they were "working on it". I guess you get what you pay for though.

You should live here now. We actually miss Linda!! The new manager is much worse and no one even bothers talking to her since she has to call the DM just to use the restroom. It is pathetic. The management team certainly put a "company person" in charge.
