Stay away

I have lived there and there were problems with the water. It was often off and we would be told it was due to being in a higher elevation in the apartment. Also, the heating and cooling system is tied to the water and in the summer you will often be without air. It is dark in the parking lots and after our vehicle was broken into the sheriff said the complex was one of the top targets because of poor lighting and no security. He suggested they install solar lighting or something before someone got hurt. Linda told me if I didn't like it to to move. So I did. There are always herds of flat tires and broken glass everywhere. My parents live there as well and they have had nothing but trouble with Linda. Any time they have an issue or complaint she tells them to move. Who does that' It is not like they are petty complaints. It has to do with their ridiculous utility billing (they pay more for theirs than I do in a 1500 sq foot house with irrigation, washer/dryer, and more people), safety, fire hazards, and the pack rats. People have had to have their vehicles towed due to wiring damage. Guess what Linda told them' Move if you don't like it. Also having to run water for 10 minutes to get any hot water and now this mysterious black stuff coming out of the vents. Her answer is don't like it, leave. The answer should be for HER to leave.
