Yo!

I'm glad I live here

I have been here almost a year now. I carefully selected this place before moving to Tucson. The management was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me moved in... for instance.

I was able to deal with them promptly on the phone/fax. They allowed my mother to pick up the keys a few days early so she could move my things in. (I was stationed in OK in the military). When I got here on a Sunday, there was no power in the place. The apartment did everything they could before realizing it was an issue with the power company. In this case, they allowed me to stay in a fully furnished apartment they use for business purposes.

The apartment itself is relatively quiet. I am not picky about my neighbors. I understand they are going to make noise, but I rarely hear anything. (and I've had quite a few different neighbors). While I can hear noises from the apartments when I am outside, I cannot hear anything when indoors).

The management is extremely helpful and willing to work with you in any situation, provided you give them a chance to. I have never been late with my rent, so I can't speak from experience regarding that. However, every other thing I needed to have resolved, I was able to work it out with them as long as I gave plenty of notice.

There is security that patrols at night. They do their job as well. They stopped by once or twice stating that they could hear my music from outside. I get home from work at 11pm, and always seem them wandering.

The apartment is extremely clean, and well maintained. While it's not state of the art, it's definitely worth the price. Parking isn't really an issue for me, but I do pay the $15 for a space reserved. I did have a car stolen from the parking lot a few months after I moved in. It was old and probably easy to break into... but as an auto insurance agent, I do know that Arizona, and Tucson especially, has extremely high car theft rates.

Overall, I love this apartment, and don't plan on moving anywhere else in Tucson due to the great management, location, and value. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
