Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01

GRANTED
- Bike stolen, my fault (happens everywhere)
- Noisy neighbors (happens everywhere)
- Mngmnt has late hours (no real problem)
- Old furniture

YET
* large studio, good price (two people can easily live here)
* close to Pima and UA (5 min with bike)
* no big party draws
* "walled garden" feeling
* wasn't gypped
(* a big one for me...

NO GRAY CARPETS)

I feel bad for the other reviewers, but you really can't ask for more, all in all
