Great location; BAD management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I love living so near everything, and the other tenants tend to be quiet...so those things are great. The maintenance man is great...but the manager is very unhelpful, cold, and distant. His office hours (M-F, 1-5) are very limited, especially if you work. And he is not concerned with you. Example: It just snowed in Tucson, and we've been recording record lows. My heater is broken, but he won't fix it. It still blows...even though it makes a huge banging sound and smells smoky. Luckily, I live on the 3rd floor, so my apt. generally stays warm. But you would think the manager would fix it...he certainly wouldn't try to rent it in this condition... So, the title sums it up--great location, bad management
