Thank you for your interest in Main Gate Village Apartments, formerly Tabard.

I am currently the manager of Main Gate Village and have been since February 2007.

We began renovations in 2007, updating our community inside and out with new appliances, flooring and more in our apartment home, as well as a whole new look outside.

I want you to know I am personally committed, along with the support of my management company and it's owners to provide our residents with superior service to ensure a long standing positive relationship with our residents.

We, of course, have made mistakes in the past, but always strive to treat every resident in a professional and friendly manner.

We know that some residents are harder to please or may put blame on management even when it is the resident themselves who may have made some mistakes.

Apartment Ratings.com is set up in a way that every voice can be heard.

Unfortunately, both sides of the issue are not posted.

We do welcome comments from everyone and we hope any concerns are brought to the direct attention of myself, the onsite manager.
