This place is a total dive!!! Might look kinda nice driving by it, but it's a dump. People are always getting their cars stolen and broken into, as well as mailboxes. Even one of the managers had her car stolen on the lunch hour! The grounds are all run down. They don't want to spend the money on fixing anything, therefore everything is done half A$$ after multiple complaints. They used plastic piping in the walls and one broke in the girl's room below while I was there, and flooded her whole room. Pigeons are rampant here and will cover your porch with doo. They also seem to openly rent to illegal aliens and overcrowd the units. One room next to me probably had at least 8-10 -------- living in there at one time, with everything but the kitchen sink out on the porch for everyone to observe. Oh and to put the icing on the cake someone was murdered right across the street.
