The Good: Cheap price and good-sized units. Mine had two balconies. Walking distance to grocery story and the Santa Cruz River bike trail. Close enough to bike to UA. Covered parking.
The Bad: Office has limited hours and often is closed during hours. Counters and fixtures made of the lowest quality materials. Doors not strong, noise carries through the walls and floors. Gates around the complex lock when shut, but are easily jumped or circumvented, so just a nuisance to the residents.
The Ugly: Swarming with kids, rendering pool unusable. Many units packed with 8-10 people who dont speak english. Visitors park in the lot and honk until let in. Noise! Cars broken into. Evidence of drug dealing. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
