These apartments are relatively inexpensive, yes, although the tenants still pay more than what they should considering the crap they have to go through. I lived there for 8 months while I went to school and during that time, my next door neighbor, who was cracked out on something, tried to kill me and the girl living on the other side of me and it took the cops 4 hours to get there even with both of us calling every 1/2 hour or so! Even the cops don't want to come there! My apartment flooded from the crappy piping, the roaches never died because maintenance NEVER sprayed, Drug dealing is common place (even around the kids who live there!), and if you have a car, you might as well trash it now, cause it's gonna get trashed if you park there anyway. Management doesn't do anything about the crazy a$$ people living there - my neighbor - they just told me that if he tried it again, to let them know and they would WARN HIM!! How messed up is that'!' And now, I'm trying to move into another apartment complex in Phoenix and I have to pay an extra $100 to move in because these people won't look up old records of rental history! They say that they are under new management and they don't have any record of the people who used to live there. That's a bunch of crap because legally they have to keep the records for a certain number of years!
