im am not the same gentlemen who wrote the first run like, but he had a great point. Ever since i have lived here i have realized how much i dislike these apartments. 1.) everyone i know in these apartments has had their vehicles vandalized in some form or another, my bike tire was flatened for no reason. 2.) the walls are very thin if you neighbor has an alarm clock that goes off in the morning you are going to know about it. 3.) the new management staff is not helpful at all, and hate you if you make them get off their fat asses during daylight hours. 4.)the room next too mine is a 2 bedroom with about 6 people living in it. 5.) the new owners want to fix the plumbing and replace pipes which was a nice move, however it took two weeks of 5 plumbers and their power tools, walking through my apartment, dirtying it, and running me out of house and home, when i cimplained to the owner he said their was nothing i could do and that he could do nothing to comp me in any way. 5.) If you like mexican piss pools this is the place for you almost every night during the summer the parents of the local occupants send their kids to the babysitter mr. pool to take a wash. 6.) the parking spaces are marked but nobody regards this in any way. 7.) i had a package sent back to shipper because the office staff no longer accepts UPS and FedEx packages, but forgot to tell the residents about the new policy. 8.) They were giving me a military discount, but when the new owners came in they took that away as well, which was very nice of them. 9.) The outside of these places looks fairly decent but the insides are another story with the thin walls and the cheap $.99 bathroom and sink fixtures. 9.) i had the maintence guy come and fix my lock, and he installed it upside down and just left it like that. 10.) and finally my lease is over soon and i am looking forward to moving just about anywhere but here....
