Where to start. This places blows like no other. I have moved about 13 times in the past 7 years and never ever experienced anything this horriable. My boyfriend has been here for about 4 months now and ------- everyday about the tenants, the neighbors and the dirtiness of this complex. Wafts of pot smoke filling the air and seping into his apartment, the noise of dogs yappin all night although your not allowed any animals, trash filling the sidwalks and nothing being done about it, and shopping carts up the rear next to over flowing dumpsters that smell. Since he has moved in nothing has been fixed properly to satisfaction, his window in the bedroom has a bullet hole sized crack that has been complained about since we did a walkthru, the fridge that doesnt keep cool. entering and leavin the complex is a pain, one endof the complex the gate gets padded lock at night so that its a hassle to leave. What if there was a fire and we were all trapped, ever think of that Tamarack' Gettin knocks on the door in the middle of the night by the tenants askin if your goin to pay rent, what the hell is that' Do a background check if you think people are that lame not to pay their rent on time. Pigeons postin and poopin on your balcony, the over flowing water from the sprinkler system floodin the walk ways to your home. Random sketchy scary people dealin drugs and bumming money cause their kids are starving. Said to say that this complex has got to be the most inhabitable home for anyone. Dont move here!!! 1111 West St. Marys Rd in Tucson Az!!
