Apartment itself is decently sized, and in good location of town. However, office staff is non responsive, maintainence is very very slow, and they let in tenets that are rude, loud, and dangerous. They often have to evict tenents that they let in, for example. Vandalism is common, so be ready to pay car repair bills.

Tanglewood is a HUD complex - lots of Welfare, drugs, etc. The manager has a very poor attitude, the assistant manager has a criminal history. As of April 2006, her husband, is wanted by the Police Department. The place "looks" nice from the outside, but it is better to pass this one by for your own good. Maintenance is non-existant and you have plenty of problems here. If you do choose to even consider this place, make sure you are very careful in checking things out first, including management, etc. Avoid at any cost!
