I moved to Tangle Wood Apartments in July and I'm never leaving! I read all the reviews on the complex before even calling about rates and to be honest I was sooooo scared!!! I thought that if I moved to Tangle Wood I would be barrowed to death by my crack addicted neighbors, broken into, my food would disapear during a maintance call, the mean management would trick me into paying too much money and then I would die alone and no one would even find the body!!!

Well, thank God I decided to ignore the nasty reviews and look for myself! The managment have souls!!! Unlike any other apartment complexes I've been to these people do their jobs- Well! The apartments are part of the "crime free neighborhood" program and the management do everything they can to make it safe there. The main manager is awsome! She goes to any and every safty/self defense/tenant/landlord law-type meetings and classes and is very knowledgable. She completely follows through with every complaint from residents. It's amazing! The maintance person lives on the property, is very respectful and fixes the problem imediatly and most of the time even gives you an appoximate time he'll be there. Woo Hoo!

As far as the neighbors, HUD people and creeps- If you don't speak to these people they do not bother you. Most of the tenants are very nice and keep to them selves. There are a lot of single women living there, most of which have kids and don't bother anyone... plus they all seem to watch out for eachother. The rent is pretty low and there is not a single studio on the property- Yay! All apartments even the junior one bedrooms have walk-in closets and dishwashers! Dishwashers make even the coldest hearted people feel all warm and fuzzy inside!!!! It sure makes me a very happy girl with nice nails to boot!

If you want the warm fuzzy feeling and don't do crack, meth, kill people randomly, ask to borrow stranger's plungers or any other scary things- Move in, now if possible! You will love it here!!!
