Paul Ash is absolutely the WORST management company in the area. They don't know how to do anything but collect rent. If you complain about something, they will ABSOLUTELY retaliate against you. Moving to this place was the biggest mistake of my life, and I'm paying for it now.

I had mold in my apartment, they painted over it. It STILL stinks. I have requested repairs on several occassions and am still waiting for maintenance to fix things. There are huge dogs all over the complex, and the barking is ridiculous - they don't do anything about that either.

Half the trees in the courtyard are dead. The smell of urine from the dogs is enough to knock you over. The pool is rarely clean. There is a lot of riff-raff living here, which they also won't address.
This place sucks.
