I'm a college student and have been living here almost a year. It is kind of hard to study, there are a lot of kids running around all the time. It's one of the few apartment that allow large dogs, so there's always lots of barking. It's peaceful though. But if you have a problem, do not count on the management to help. I think her name is Sherry and she is so rude even when you want to ask a little question. Unfortunately, she is always in the office, it's sad to say I wont go in and pay my rent if she is around. She talks down and it's very unappreciated. I grew up in the foothills in a half million dollar home, i have class, i have an education and i do not appreciate someone who talks down to me when they do now know me (especially). The other gals are sweet though. The laundry rooms here suck. I usually take it over to my moms, not because i am lazy, i just do not think these washers could possibly make clothes clean. The only things I wash in it are my rugs around my apartment and the dog bed. Parking is impossible after 5 unless you have a reserved spot, but even then, people are rude and will take your spot and all management does is put a sticker on their car. THe maitenence is pretty good. The guys are friendly and are ready to help. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something short term. I have great patience, but i am about done.
