I would never recomend anyone to live here. The office staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They will not listen to your complaints or gripes or do anything about them. Parking is terrible. Noise is unnacceptable and uncontrolled. I did not feel safe living here as there are numerous bad things happening on the grounds. Maintenance is the worst. The A/C is horrible and does not work well at all!! I will never live there again. Don't make the same mistake!

this is so true, currently residing here at 7671 E Tanque verde and I have quite a few things that need to be repaired since my move in date and I have been given the run around I am seriously considering calling the media to investigate this place. the staff ARE rude and the owners should be considered slum lords. rent is expected to be paid on time but what about the maintenance and the repairs? I am definitely submitting this to the media also...
