Tanque Verde

 

I moved in here a little over a year ago.

Since then, my rent has been increased $50.00.

This was an OK deal before that, but the new ownership really needs to make more improvements before I will consider staying.

I live in a downstairs unit, most of the time I'm looking up waiting for the guy upstairs to come plowing through the floor any minute.

I can't believe the huge dogs that are allowed in these units, and the barking and pool noise is almost intolerable in the summer.

There has been constant painting and construction (OK for improvements) but the work trucks and dumpsters are taking up prime parking places.

I work nights and I have to walk too far to get to my apartment when places are being taken up by dumpsters! While I appreciate the new paint, it looks like a downtown motel with the weird multi-colored buildings.

My lease is almost up - we'll see!
