do NOT rent here. high crime. the transients from t.v. wash come into the apt community to do their laundry and vandalize, steal, etc. Also, the manager, Sherry, is one of the biggest b..... you fill it in. that there is. THe laundry is now a buck a pop for washer or dryer and they don't work. The big draw here is that you don't pay for a.c. what they don't tell you is that they have the master control switch for a.c. and it doesn't matter if it gets in the nineties there will be NO air till mid april to late april. Rent has gone up because they painted the 'outside' of the apartments like we all stand out there and look. I think the last straw for me was when a street person came into the inside part of the buildings and broke out the glass to steal the fire extinguisher. Our one security buy didn't call the police.. he just 'chased' them off....my windows in my car have been broken. I have seen tires missing from parked cars. Oh, but you can walk thru the apartment grounds at night and get high from the fumes of marijuana etc. if that is something you are into.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!
