Tanque Verde

 

I live in the tanque verde apartments for a year and it was aweful.

it got to the point where we just stoped calling to have things repaired bc they never came.

we had a kitchen sink that was moldy underneath and in the cabnits below.

the dishwasher never wroked although management swore it did and wouldn't come fix it.

we had out bathroom door that litteraly fell off the hindges when we opened the door and a screed door that never worked from day one.

also the cable wireing was so bad that we couldn't hook up cable.

the office told us that it was not their problem but the men from comcast said they couldn't do anything without the apartments permission.

plus i work a job where i didn't get home till midnight and by then all parking spots were taken so i had to park on the other side of the complex and if i dared to park in covered parking i would have a notice on my car that it would be towed.

on top of it all when we moved out we were charged for that screen door that never work.

they said we broke it.

we were charged for the mold inside the apartment be aparently we were supposed to clean that and as well charged for entire new carpet to be put down bc of "stains".

i am a clean freak.

there were no stains!!
