This place was so corrupt. Let me tell you a story: me, my brother, and my mom all moved into this dump in 2005. My mom thought it was a nice place because of what the ads make it seem. it just so happened that we had moved into an apartment that was previously set on fire...that made us the first residents in that apartment since the fire(see below,"SOMEBODY CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT"), and it just so happened that it was a meth lab that burst into flames.
Almost every few days cops are at the complex because of some idiot, late at night you can smell marijuana, vandalism is a common treat, staff suck, and the residents are a bunch of ghetto people. I remember when we were moving out in the summer of 2007, neighbors from in front had just moved in, and EVERY night they threw a party and basically invited every gangster from the apartments and from outside too. i had many friends here, and some of my friends were familiar with other drug dealers(none of us did drugs but i had friends who were residents since a young age). oh and one time a lunatic got mad because my friends 4 year old brother kick sand onto the road and some hit this guys bicycle. this ADULT, goes into his house, grabs a sharp metal rod and throws it at a group of kids ranging from 4-8(they were all my little brothers friends, including my brother). luckily, the rod landed right in the middle of the group and the guy fled and we couldn't do anything.
Just please don't move here, I can't tell you that my apartment was a pigsty like every other review is saying, because mine was brand-new because of the fire, but i can tell you that the environment is horrible and very dangerous. oh yeah, and i forgot to mention that i found a baggy of drugs once by the playground =] maybe that should clear things up better
