I know everyone has there own opinion, but after reading what everyone has wrote, I wonder if we are talking about the same complex and the same staff. I recently divorsed and had to move myself and two kids out of our home of 4 years. I was very worried when I was looking for an apartment because I have not had to live in an apartment for long and I wanted me and my kids to be safe. I looked at a lot of complexes...a lot. When I walked into the office with my kids in tow and heard everyone laughing and someone was even singing it gave me a good feeling. My littlest was fussy and crying from being dragged from complex to complex and most of the sales people were annoyed with her, so I was ready to appologize for her when the manager, Shelly came over and tried to cheer her up. She was so friendly, my little girl even stopped crying. It was such a suprise from what I was already experienceing, I decided to look even though I wanted a 3 bedroom. I AM GLAD I DID! I moved in the following week and I haved lived here for just over six months and I just signed a new lease for a year. EVERYONE HAS BEEN GREAT! One month I was even late with rent and was so embarrased to go in and talk to the office, but Reberta was so nice and understanding, I felt human and not humiliated when I left. Everytime I call the office Angelica, Juan and Cammy are so helpful. I like that I know who the maintenance people are (Jack, Greg, Manny, Louis and Mark). Everytime I see them, they wave hi. Louis even helped me carry my groceries in once when he saw me juggling the bags. I LOVE MY APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have never had a regret in my decision to move here. Thank you!!!

almost brought tears to my eyes----------I just moved from a very clean home, of 2 yrs I was maintaining it, to a one-bedroom ROACH infested CRIME RIDDEN San Mateo apartments on Mission. HORRID-=----sad, and all of the 16 bldgs residents complain about the constant roaches too=========DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or make THEM pay your rent?
