Someone must be trying to break a lease here because I know we are not talking about the same place I have lived for 2 years until I purchased my home. From day one my husband and I were greeted and treated by the staff with the out most respect. They accommodated all our needs, had the apartment clean and ready to move in, all information that pertained to their facilities was explained to us and answered all our questions. Staff was nothing but pleasant, friendly and a joy to be around, didn't matter how many times you walked into their office you always felt at ease and never got attitude from any staff member. In paying my rent late one month, Roberta was very understanding and worked with me with no problem. I really enjoyed the resident parties where a large group from the complex participated and this was done in appreciation for us as tenants and put together by the staff. Any problems that we had, such as a leak or switch was addressed immediately by very courteous maintenance men.. If tenants are having problems with Roaches, they really should look at their own lifestyle and not blame the facility or staff. If anything so out of the ordinary that has been said by some of these comments were true, I am positive that we would have been aware in the time we lived in the apartment complex. I would not have any problems recommending this complex, as a matter of fact I have been doing so. Keep up the good work Tanque Verde Staff.
