Someone must be trying to break a lease here because I know we are not talking about the same place. My husband and myself were residents for 2 years until we purchase our home and I had nothing but good experiences with the Staff that greeted us with the the up-most respect from beginning to end. They accommodated all our needs, deadlines were set and met. Maintenance would respond the same day if not the next day, landscaping was kept up, maintenance men were all very cordial and friendly. Office staff were always there to assist you, never had attitude always happy and laughing. We were in a financial bind and was late paying my rent one month, E explained my situation with Roberta and she was very understanding and worked with me with no problems. I was never ignored nor put on hold. My best memories are the resident parties where everyone was invited to spend the day together, this was put together by staff which all participated from Management to maintenance in appreciation for us as tenants. If tenants are having problems with roaches, this should be looked at themselves and not at the care of the complex. I never saw nor did I observe all this negativism that is being said and as of today I am still recommending Tanque Verde as a great and safe place to live. Keep up the good work Tanque Verde Staff.

Im sorry, you mis-took this for a Tanque V. rating,,,,,,,,I was commenting on the place I only stayed for 2 weeks, and YES, was let out of the contract. I know nothing of T.V. but hope it continues to be nice for all there. reminder----------DONT GO TO SAN MATEO APTS,,,,,,,,,,, move in?? they should pay YOU to move in!!!!!!!!
