I have lived at the Tanque Verde Apt. Homes for only 3 months and I have to say that it has been very nice so far. I have found that the complex is kept very clean. For instance, they have grass here and it is kept mowed on a weekly basis which makes for a great area for kids to play or a place for adults to mingle. The maintenance here is also good. I had an emergency maintenance issue once and a repair man was here within a half hour from when I called for assistance. This place has a lot to offer. They have two well maintained pools, plenty of laundry facilities, an indoor racquetball court, and staff that are very nice, organized, and friendly. The location for this place is another great offering. The place is located in a safe, upscale area of town that has a grocery store nearby, lots of restaurants that are close, a park across the street, shopping centers around the corner, and nightlife venues just down the street. In my opinion, I think this is a pretty nice place to live and would give it a high rating with no problems recommending it.
